One 10-ton reciprocating grate shipped for a biomass boiler

We have shipped one 10-ton reciprocating grate from our partner factory, which can be used for matching with biomass boilers.

The reciprocating grate can be matched with boilers of 1-160t/h, the range of selected fuels is wider, and it is suitable for waste, biomass and the like. The whole combustion surface of the grate consists of moving grate bars and fixed grate bars, which are stacked alternately at intervals in a stepped form, and the moving grate bars are made to reciprocate on the fixed grate bars under the drive of a reducer (or hydraulic device).

Reciprocating grates are generally divided by structural form into inclined reciprocating grates and horizontal reciprocating grates. The reciprocating grate is step-shaped and is formed by fixed grate bars and moving grate bars in the same arrangement stacked and pressed together. The moving grate reciprocates so that the coal moves downward evenly, and the stroke is generally 70-110 mm, and a larger stroke is selected when the coal quality is poor.
