Main Types
Pyrolysis-gasification small waste incinerator: Uses pyrolysis-gasification technology, in which waste undergoes pyrolysis in an oxygen-lean or low-oxygen environment, producing combustible gas and solid char. These combustible gases burn further in the secondary combustion chamber, achieving harmless waste treatment and energy recovery. Advantages include high combustion efficiency, fewer harmful gases, and adaptability to complex, high-moisture rural waste.
Fixed-bed small waste incinerator: Waste burns on a fixed bed, with air entering from below or the side, so the waste is gradually dried, burned and burned out. This type has a simple structure and is easy to operate, suitable for rural waste with relatively high calorific value and regular shape, such as crop straw and branches.
Rotary kiln small waste incinerator: The main body is a rotatable cylinder. Waste enters from one end and is continuously turned as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting air during combustion. It can handle waste of various shapes, sizes and properties, with strong adaptability and good combustion results, though equipment cost is relatively high.
