Complete Coverage of Grate Types from Our Partner Factory

We have a long-term partnership with a partner factory (Dalian Huiying Machinery Co., Ltd.) and supply our customers with a complete range of energy-saving and eco-friendly grate products. The partner factory was established in 2006 and now has total fixed assets of over RMB 500 million.

Its production base is located in Wafangdian, an important industrial city in China, covering an area of more than 300,000 square meters. It has over 800 staff, including 100 R&D technicians, and more than 600 production and testing machines, with five major workshops: machining, welding, casting and assembly. The factory has introduced two DISA (Dansih) casting lines, supported by four large-capacity electric furnace melting units with temperature measurement and chemical analysis equipment. Each year it can supply more than 10,000 sets of various energy-saving eco-friendly grates to domestic and international markets, and produce 200,000 tonnes of heat-resistant and ordinary grate parts.
