India's Largest Boiler Plant Visits to Inspect Grate Technology
On September 10, a delegation from India’s largest boiler plant arrived at our partner factory to conduct an in-depth inspection and technical exchange on products such as crossbeam grates, reciprocating grates, and scaly (laminated) grates, and expressed a strong intention to establish a long-term cooperative relationship. This exchange activity laid a solid foundation for the cooperative development of both parties in the field of boiler grates.
Our partner factory was established in 2006 and is located in Dalian City, Liaoning Province. It is an enterprise focused on the manufacturing of general-purpose equipment. The company has a registered capital of 20 million RMB, with strong technical strength and rich production experience. The company’s production base located in Wafangdian City covers an area of more than 300,000 square meters and is equipped with more than 600 sets of advanced production and testing equipment, covering five major production workshops including machining, riveting and welding, casting, and assembly. The company currently has more than 800 employees, including 100 R&D technical personnel, and can supply more than 10,000 sets of various energy-saving and eco-friendly grates to domestic and international markets every year.

During this inspection, the Indian boiler plant delegation learned in detail about the grate product series of our partner factory. As one of the company’s signature products, the crossbeam grate adopts an inclined air outlet design in which the air outlet direction of the ventilation holes forms a certain angle with the vertical direction, making the ventilation diffuse more effectively horizontally in the coal layer, significantly improving the mixing efficiency of coal and air while reducing coal leakage. The reciprocating grate is specially designed for biomass boilers and waste incineration. Through the reciprocating motion of movable grate bars over fixed grate bars, the fuel is continuously tumbled, giving it strong adaptability to fuels of different qualities and high combustion efficiency. The scaly grate, with its unique overlapping design, effectively reduces coal leakage, operates smoothly and reliably, and is widely used in various industrial boilers.

The technical teams of both sides conducted in-depth discussions on issues such as grate structure optimization, combustion efficiency improvement, and expansion of applicable fuel types. The Indian boiler plant highly praised the achievements of our partner factory in grate technology innovation and believed that its products have broad application prospects in the Indian market. After the inspection, the Indian boiler plant clearly expressed its intention to carry out long-term cooperation with our partner factory, hoping to enhance its competitiveness in the Indian boiler market by introducing our partner factory’s advanced grate products and technology.
The relevant person in charge of our partner factory said that the visit and inspection by India’s largest boiler plant is an important opportunity for the company to expand into international markets. The company will actively respond to customer needs, further strengthen technology R&D and product innovation, provide strong guarantees for the long-term cooperation between the two sides, and jointly promote the development and application of boiler grate technology in the international market.
