Intelligent upgrading is the core development direction of our partner factory’s reciprocating grates. The company is developing an intelligent reciprocating grate system based on the Industrial Internet. By equipping it with IoT sensors, AI algorithms, and a big data analysis platform, the system achieves real-time monitoring of equipment operating status, fault warning, and intelligent optimization. The system can predict problems such as grate bar wear and drive system failures in advance, with a warning accuracy of over 90%, shortening equipment downtime and maintenance time by 50%. At the same time, by analyzing the matching relationship between different fuel characteristics and combustion parameters through big data, it automatically generates the optimal combustion plan, further improving combustion efficiency and environmental performance.
The diversified layout has expanded the application boundaries of reciprocating grates. In the field of new energy, the company is developing reciprocating grate systems adapted to hydrogen-assisted combustion to reduce traditional fuel consumption; in the field of solid waste treatment, it is developing large waste incineration reciprocating grates to improve the efficiency of harmless waste treatment; in the agricultural field, it has launched biomass straw-specific reciprocating grates to help with the resource utilization of agricultural waste. In addition, the company is expanding into overseas high-end markets for reciprocating grates, carrying out technical cooperation with well-known boiler enterprises in Europe and North America to promote Chinese smart manufacturing onto the global high-end stage.
