Under the guidance of the “dual carbon” goals, the environmental upgrade of industrial combustion equipment has become a consensus across the industry. Our partner factory, adhering to the concept of “saving every bit of energy,” has developed and produced reciprocating grates that achieve efficient combustion and low emissions through technological innovation, providing core support for the green and low-carbon transition of the boiler industry.

Efficient combustion is the foundation for reducing emissions. Our partner factory’s reciprocating grate achieves precise control of the three stages of fuel preheating, combustion and burnout on the grate by optimizing the furnace arch structure and staged air supply system, with combustion efficiency reaching over 95%, an improvement of 5%-8% over traditional grates. Full combustion not only reduces coal consumption but also lowers carbon monoxide emissions by more than 30%, greatly reducing atmospheric pollutant emissions.

For different application scenarios, our partner factory has also launched dedicated environmentally friendly reciprocating grates. In the field of biomass combustion, by adjusting the spacing of grate bars and the movement frequency, it solves the problems of easy slagging and uneven combustion of biomass fuels, enabling nitrogen oxide emissions to meet EU standards; in the field of waste incineration, it has developed high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant grate bars that, combined with a secondary combustion system, effectively control the generation of toxic and harmful substances such as dioxins. With these environmentally friendly technological innovations, our partner factory’s reciprocating grates have been widely applied in environmental heating and waste treatment projects in many places across the country, helping customers achieve the dual goals of meeting environmental standards and saving energy while improving efficiency.
