Recently, inside the production workshop of our partner factory, a reporter saw sparks flying from welding and machines rumbling, with multiple automated production lines running at high efficiency — a busy scene. It is understood that the company is a private enterprise focused on the design, production and sales of boilers and auxiliary equipment, with its production base located in Paoya Township of our city. The company’s products enjoy a strong reputation not only in the domestic market but are also exported to more than 100 countries, including Japan, Vietnam and Indonesia.
In recent years, to better meet the growing market demand, the company has been committed to enhancing the competitiveness of its new high-quality products. It has continuously introduced world-class production lines and supporting large-tonnage electric furnace melting and heating devices, on-site temperature measurement, and laboratory analysis equipment. Through intelligent transformation and digital upgrading, it can now produce 200,000 tons of various high-precision heat-resistant and standard grate accessories per year. At the same time, in order to meet national environmental protection and energy-saving standards, the company has established cooperation with multiple domestic and international research institutes and boiler combustion professional enterprises, and has developed a number of patented technologies. Among them, the “tapered inlet air chamber” technology has completely solved the problem of low combustion efficiency of various boiler chain grates, reducing the oxygen content of flue gas while increasing boiler thermal efficiency by 6% to 10%, effectively achieving the best energy-saving and environmental protection results and becoming the most reliable energy-saving and environmental technology at home and abroad today. Last year, the company also launched a biomass waste incinerator, further promoting resource recycling and sustainable economic development.
In addition, our partner factory maintains long-term technical cooperation with well-known national research institutions such as Peking University, Tsinghua University and Harbin Institute of Technology, continuously strengthening technical support to maintain its leading position in the industry. In the future, the company will continue to increase R&D investment, seek innovation through reform and pursue development through competition, contributing to the high-quality development of our city’s industrial economy.
