(I) Common Faults and Troubleshooting

Broken grate bars or loose pins: If grate bars break or pins come loose, the grate bars are displaced or fall off, affecting normal fuel transport and air distribution. Solution: check and replace damaged grate bars, and re-secure the pins. Grate chain slack or breakage: Chain slack may cause uneven grate movement or jamming. Solution: adjust chain tension and inspect for wear, replacing damaged chain links with matching parts.
