In industrial combustion equipment, reciprocating grates are highly favored for their unique advantages in burning poor-quality fuels, and the reciprocating grates produced by our partner factory take this advantage to the extreme, becoming the equipment of first choice for many enterprises handling high-moisture, high-ash and low-heating-value fuels. Behind this advantage lies our partner factory’s deep understanding and precise optimization of reciprocating grate technology.

The core advantage of the reciprocating grate stems from its unique structural design and working principle. The inclined reciprocating grate produced by our partner factory consists of movable and fixed grate bars alternately stacked into a stepped grate surface. Through the reciprocating motion of the movable grate, the coal is pushed and turned over. This motion allows fresh coal to come into full contact with the already-burning coal, greatly improving ignition conditions. At the same time, during the pushing process, coke lumps and ash shells are squeezed and broken, achieving automatic fuel poking and effectively solving the problem of incomplete combustion of poor-quality fuels.

To further adapt to the combustion needs of poor-quality fuels, the R&D team of our partner factory has precisely tuned the grate bar structure, ventilation cross-section ratio and motion parameters. The ventilation cross-section ratio of the reciprocating grates it produces is controlled within the golden range of 7%–12%, the movable grate stroke is adjustable between 70–120 mm, and the reciprocating frequency can be steplessly varied between 1–5 times per minute, ensuring that fuels of different qualities can be fully burned. Combined with the heat-resistant grate bars produced on the Danish DISA casting production line introduced by the company, the equipment maintains stable performance even in high-temperature combustion environments, greatly extending equipment service life.
