Dalian Sunshine Boiler Auxiliary: 25t Small Flake Biomass Grate Shipped (1 Unit)

(I) Applicable Scope

This grate is a mechanized boiler layer combustion equipment suitable for boilers with evaporation capacity of 10~60t/h. It can burn bituminous coal, lignite, and peat. It uses a coal hopper for automatic coal dropping; it can also be equipped with wind and coal throwers or the grate can be inverted to equip with mechanical wind throwers, becoming a mechanized version of a suspension combustion chamber.

(II) Usage Requirements

The coal quality used by this grate should meet the following requirements:

(1) The maximum particle size of coal blocks should not exceed 40mm; the content of 0~3mm coal fines should be less than 30%;

(2) Dry basis moisture should be less than 20%;

(3) Dry basis moisture should not exceed 30%, but should not be less than 10%;

(4) The deformation temperature of ash slag should be greater than 1250°C;

(5) Coking tendency should not be strong.

(6) If the above coal quality requirements conflict with the coal quality requirements of coal feeding equipment, the higher requirement between the two should be taken.

The primary air temperature used by this grate should not exceed 200°C (for anthracite, should not exceed 160°C).
