These are core chain components for buried scraper conveyors / boiler frame-chain slag removers. Made of 40Cr alloy steel, forged and quenched-and-tempered, with high strength and wear resistance.
1. Applications
- ✅ Boiler slag removers: Drag scrapers to convey furnace slag; pusher lugs are used to push material and assist in slag removal.
- ✅ MS buried scraper conveyors: Convey coal powder, ash, and granular materials.
2. Structure: Double-lug pin holes at one end, single-lug pin hole at the other end, with an integrally welded pusher lug in the middle. Chains are connected in series through pins.
